Where an account is closed by je222 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of verification requirements.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting the je222 support team. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent account closure. je222 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Delays or failures in transmission or receipt of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game odds or outcomes resulting from data feed errors supplied by third-party data providers, where such errors are corrected by je222 within a reasonable timeframe.
• Losses incurred during any period of platform unavailability, however caused.
